Data processing with clear responsibility
SIPONA is a product of dus.net GmbH and is operated in Germany in the company’s own racks at the Digital Realty Düsseldorf data centre. The platform and telephony run on the company’s own infrastructure – without using a third-party cloud. The AI is structured according to data classes: sensitive data and its classification remain in-house; for peak performance, powerful AI models from the EU and the US are also utilised. This ensures that responsibility for operations, the platform and telecommunications remains in a single set of hands.

Federated working - without losing independence
With SIPONA Enterprise, companies can be connected in a federation: Each company retains its own administration, its own data, its own users and its own rights - but works in telephony, contacts, CRM and collaboration with other organisations. This is suitable for corporate groups, franchise systems, partner networks, alliances, holding companies, subsidiaries, sales organisations and service partners.
More than communication: working time recording included
SIPONA includes a free working time recording module. It is part of the platform and not an add-on to be licensed separately. The module is designed for legally compliant working time recording and supports electronic recording, breaks, rest periods, corrections with audit trail, information functions and approval workflows. In organisational terms, it is particularly relevant for more than 10 users per tenant.
