SIPONA ERP is the backbone of your company’s business data – not just invoicing. Included in the SIPONA Team
The ERP is included from the SIPONA Team package onwards – and is therefore also included in SIPONA Enterprise. It is not a separate product or an add-on with its own price: anyone who licences Team also gets the inventory management system.

Outlook
Further expansion stages are in the planning stage: manufacturing with bill-of-materials-based production, finance with bank reconciliation and business performance analysis, till/POS with TSE (subject to a certified technical security device), service & maintenance, and the automatic capture of incoming PDF invoices via OCR. These functions are planned and are not yet part of the scope of services.
Frequently Asked Questions about SIPONA ERP
Is the ERP system included in all SIPONA packages?
The ERP is included from the SIPONA Team package onwards and is therefore also included in SIPONA Enterprise. It is not included in the entry-level SIPONA Meet package.
Does SIPONA support e-invoicing in accordance with ZUGFeRD?
Yes. SIPONA generates e-invoices in accordance with ZUGFeRD/EN 16931 and GoBD requirements, and receives structured e-invoices (ZUGFeRD/XRechnung), including audit-proof archiving.
Can I display units such as cubic metres, solid cubic metres or ster?
Yes. As well as standard units such as pieces, metres, kilograms and hours, timber and trade units such as cubic metres, solid cubic metres and ster are also available – and each company can create its own units with conversion factors.
Can the AI in the ERP system send invoices automatically?
No. AI staff can draft invoices and make suggestions – but sending, ordering and recording payments always require approval by a human.
