With regard to data protection, sensitive data and its classification remain on local AI models at dus.net GmbH’s premises. For particularly demanding tasks, high-performance AI models from the EU and the US are also used – controlled according to data class, with personal data pseudonymised before transfer.

Outlook
Further enhancements are currently under development: telephony, enabling AI staff to be contacted directly by phone; omnichannel integration with WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger and Instagram; and the ability for experienced AI staff to train new AI colleagues. These features are planned and are not yet included in the scope of services.

How are AI staff paid?

The SIPONA platform runs on dus.net GmbH’s own infrastructure in Germany. Sensitive data and its classification remain on local AI models within the company; for particularly demanding tasks, additional powerful AI models from the EU and the US are used, depending on the data class, with personal data being pseudonymised beforehand.
